Elevator
Standard Type Car Lift Machine-Roomless
Compact Design By Which Flexibility of Building Desing is Made Higher

Conventional elevators necessarily require "the machine room". Hydraulic machine-room-less car lifts are literally elevators which "do not require the machine room".Contrary to conventional hydraulic elevators there is no difficulty with arrangement of the machine room. The machine room is integrated with the hoistway and the hydraulic machine room less is realized by means of arranging a slim power unit and a small control panel on the bottom floor of the hoistway. By means of installing the hydraulic power unit and the control panel on the same level as the bottom floor they are protected from the damage due to submergence. It is possible to arrange freely without considering the machine room space.

Reduction of Building Cost

Not only the construction cost of the machine room but also requisite facilities in the room such a ventilator and so on are needless and also the entire construction cost is greatly reduced because the machine room is needless.

Effective Practical Use of Saved Space

Conventional hydraulic machine room less car lifts require hoistway space as well as the machine room, so piping from hoistway to the machine room is indispensable. But integration between the hoistway and the machine room enables to shorten the connection distance of hydraulic piping between the cylinder and the hydraulic power unit and results in lesser piping material and hydraulic oil.

Saved Plumbing and Saved Hydraulic Oil

Conventional hydraulic elevators require hoistway space as well as the machine room, so piping from hoistway to the machine room is indispensable. But integration between the hoistway and the machine room enables to shorten the connection distance of hydraulic piping between the cylinder and the hydraulic power unit and results in lesser piping material and hydraulic oil.

Low-Noise

Oil immersed power units are used for the sake of reducing vibration and noise.
